I think try cutting down on rice totally and walking or exercising. If still bsl this range thn add glycomet 500 lunch time if your total metformin dose not exceeded 2000 mg /day. Target FBS 70-120 and ppbs 120-140.

Hello,
the blood pressure recording of your father is normal (though 60 mm hg diastolic is on low side). Telvas h is a combination of telmisartan and hydrochlorthiazide for hypertension. The swelling in the feet may be due to lying in the bed for long time, keep the legs on a pillow while lying, little elevated. It will become alright. If does not improve consult again.

R2-10 is antilipid tablet..
While Telmisartan is Antihypertensive...so both are different medicines...

My advise is to start her on homoeoapthic treatment otherwise the dose of telmisartan will go on increasing and she have to take more than one tablet as they are no curing hypertension ever.. they just control it..

one has a diuretic to take away extra fluids
