Good evening. A facial cleanser based on salicylic acid is generally used for oily and acne prone skin. It may dry out normal skin. If your skin can handle it, it should suit your cleansing needs. Just a reminder, that any face wash used will have no effect on the size of the pores.

Ahaglow Face Wash is more like a gel. It has a few colored beads inside. The beads are soft and slides on the skin. ... This face wash also contains aloe vera and vitamin E, known from skin hydrating properties. It has 1% glycolic acid which is an acne fighting ingredient and keeps mild acne under control.
Ahaglow S face wash is more potent than the basic version, since it also contains Salicylic Acid in conjunction with Glycolic Acid.

Hi lybrate-user.
It's unfortunate your acne is not responding, it usually does to these medicines. You might need to be questioned for adult acne and treatment provided. Kindly consult again and preferably on a video call so the problem can be seen and evaluated. Best wishes.
