For increasing your weight, eat lots of carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, corn etc.) and good fats (various nuts, peanut butter etc.), high fat dairy (whole milk, cheese). Increase your regular meal portions by a little amount.
Eat more bananas, rice, potatoes.
Increase your protein consumption.

Take high protein diet. Have small and frequent meals. Take milk and milk products. Take 2-3 egg daily, paneer, shakes, cold coffee, after meal take sweet item. Don't skip breakfast and meals. After workout take high protein item.

If you are having minor beta thalassemia than Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

According to you weight and height it is propotionate but even though you want to increase the weight then start eating Amala fruit 2 to3 times a week it will help to increase your appetite.
