Dear lybrate-user,
If you are unable to tolerate any drug for OCD, please go in for cognitive therapy with exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP). Just like salt can be used for many food items, a particular medicine can be used to treat many medical conditions. Stick to your doctor's prescription without any hesitation.
