You are on aspirin, which is a blood thinner. It causes excessive bleeding post extraction, so it should be stopped 3 days before extraction of the tooth and 3 days post extraction. If you do not have any discomfort and the tooth is impacted completely you can let it be it will cause no harm. It causes crowding only when it is erupting and putting pressure on the front teeth.
