Hello I am 18 years old boy. One day while going to college I was driving slowly my Scotty a another side came with a speed of 120kmph and I seeing stopped he can not control he cutted my side from sideways like I was stopped my legs touched on roads hes Scotty went crashing my left side and hence my left leg. Now they ran away I was stopped I stood up from seat and saw my leg it was paining but first I thought it might ve been just a little scar I gave paper later walked upwards balcony through stairs and came home now it was paining so much it was huge injury. I went to local doc he saw the leg and gave tt injection and also he gave it telling my sleeping on sofa (not bed) where I had to press my foot upwards area on wood in pain anyways then. He gave meds which I didn't took I thought painkillers, my mom applied turmeric powder Then I went to government hospital next day where we took xray of foot (no injury to foot but was paining getting cramps on injury, injury is above foot area ending of leg above foot little bit high area there) He said normal foot x-rays and told take xray of leg where injury is wrong invest so we again went and took x-rays of injury above foot area, he saw digitally and told no crack its swelling he gave meds which I took. For 3 days as he gave and told to do dressing and weak bandage (and yes local doc also gave dressing done and tube to apply for microorganisms to kill) not I did dressing there and weak bandage done which I removed next day only because I wasn't ABLE to squat and poop so. So I took tt injection first from local doc then govt host. Doc. Meds for 3 days Now week passed and still the injury wasn't fully recovered so my father took me to private hospital doc. Ortho. Doc MD he saw he said Don tell me about accident just show me injury I really got disponted with this anyways he saw injury he said swelling due to injury he gave meds and my father said xray to take he said on take extra 700rs for that we toom another 2 x-rays of the injury leg be said minor crack not to worry Now I took meds of him for 5 days he gave from 10 days but within 4 days only whole injury got recovered I mean it was now not paining and whitish layer formed on injury like half skin white so _first black came "khipli" which I removed after 3 days it was whole dried (I attach ed picture of the injury now) Now the Main problem Days passed I noticed (see we took total 6 xray of that leg) 4 in gov hospital 2 of foot and 2 of leg where injury and 2 in private hospital after days total 6 x rays. Now days passed I noticed lumps on my leg two lumps one big just opposite of the the injury (same leg) and one small lumo near foot end (same leg) it feels to hand big lump and small lump same leg, applied ice waited for 3 days. No change same lumps big and thick So went to doc said him injury got recovered but now there are two lumps he saw and gave two new meds and scolded me for why not took the meds I gave earlier for 10 days and took only for 5 days now he gave only 5 meds for 15 days I guess The meds he gave for lumps are anti swelling meds (told me to take two times one in morning and another one in morning after eat and same in night and night after eat) Meds are: HIFENAC - P (aceclofenac and paracetamol tabs) before food two times day and night and after food day and night. And CHYMEX FORTE (CHYMOTRYPSIN TABS) before food ONE AND AFTER FOOD ONE two times day. I took this meds for 4-5 days todays 6th day I guess same as he told and still the lumps have not dissolved or gone Same I am scared of this could it be a serious issue please help am just 18 its not my (0 fault of my in accident all I had to suffer because of the two guys they hit me because of there speed):(please help me Injury (recovered half) itch some time I itch it from side ways not itching the injured part I have attached images of my injury now and lumps (if visible in photo taken) Thanksgiving.

Hi lybrate-user,
Accident is not your fault. But what you did after that may be. Sometimes X-rays cannot diagnose all injuries. You may get CT Scan and blood reports after consulting Orthopaedic Surgeon. Your injury might be more of a Soft tissue crush injury. This is not evident on X-ray. The two bumps are the places where you received injuries. A pressure bandage, rest, antibiotics may work for you after ruling out any Infection (blood investigations). Proper treatment and for proper durat...more
