For circumcised men, the problem may not exist; for uncircumcised men, the issue can run rampant. Men can try natural supplements that numb the penis, but these products may or may not work for everyone. Instead, penile numbing creams can desensitize the nerves to improve endurance.

It is not a good substitute as piz mf contains two medicines-pioglitazone 7.5 mg and metformin 500 mg while Glycomet contains only one-metformin 500 mg in sustained release form.

Siphene is clomiphene citrate used in treatment of infertility. It can be used for both men and women when there is hormonal imbalance leading to infertility. In males it improves semen parameters (count, motility and morphology). Do not worry about the treatment given to you. Trust your doctor. If you have doubts regarding treatment you can always clarify with your treating doctor. Take care. Usually in males it is given in 25 mg dose as I suggested you.

Mr. Lybrate-user, the tablet mentioned has 4 mg of glimiperide and 1000 mg metformin. This is a high dose particularly if some one is starting the treatment. Plus dose is also dependent on blood sugar levels both fasting and pp. Plus hba1c%. So I need to know that before guiding regarding whether to take that tablet or not. Thanks.

Each siphene cycle success rate is less than 10%.If other confounding factors present success rate is less further. So keep your fingers crossed and go for back to back 4-6 siphene cycles with follicular study each month under a fertility consultant .

Hi. Ovulation usually occurs around day 14-16 in a 28-30 days cycle. It is better predicted by follicular monitoring studies, it occurs when follicle is around 18-20 mm in size. You should have relations with husband every alternate day between day 10-20. All the best!
