I hope you consulted a gynecologist. If not pl consult. Tranexa mf can be taken for heavy bleeding. But gynase tab should only be taken in consultation with gynec as it is a harmonal tab. If your gynec has prescribed then both can be taken together.

Trapic -MF is a hemostatic agent given to decrease bleeding ,it has no effect on fibroid.
Regesterone is given to regularise menstrual cycle and to decrease bleeding, it also has no effect on fibroid.

Lybrate-user you have to loose weight. Take a break from this cycle and start oral contraceptive pills for one cycle along with other medication you r on for PCOS.
