I missed my period date. Now I am 39th day but urine pregnancy test came out negative. I took siphene 50 mg and meprate tablets. I never missed my period date when I took siphene tablets. Please doctor I want a reason for this. I am trying to get conceive.

Count is normal. You should not take medicines. According to who, more then 15 million per ml is normal.
I need more information about motility and morphology of report.

Hello doctor I want to ask I'm diagnosed with pcod in February for which I have taken homeopathy medicine and now the cyst is dissolved and now from last six months I'm trying to conceive but the result is negative and in the month of august I'm met gain and she gave me fertomid 50 mg on the second day of period for five days I had my last period on 2 august and I started fertomid 50 mg from 3rd if august and from last 2 days I'm facing stomach cramps vomiting. Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. This is often deranged in PCOS that is why Fertomid type of treatment is given for ovulation. For pain you need to be reexamined by Gynecologist. Remeber in PCOD treatment for pregnancy may be long term.

I was taking combination of fertomid and ovigyn dsr tablet on my doc prescription and now I got positive home pregnancy test after a missed period. Can I rely on test or it may be false ?

If the strip was of quality there is no reason to disbelieve. Of course there are chances of false positive test, but it is rare. You do another test with your morning sample of urine to confirm. Get the strip from a good shop those maintaining medicine quality. If positive report to your doctor. Congratulation.
