any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting the same naturally must meet a gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting the fact that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Hello doctor I want to ask I'm diagnosed with pcod in February for which I have taken homeopathy medicine and now the cyst is dissolved and now from last six months I'm trying to conceive but the result is negative and in the month of august I'm met gain and she gave me fertomid 50 mg on the second day of period for five days I had my last period on 2 august and I started fertomid 50 mg from 3rd if august and from last 2 days I'm facing stomach cramps vomiting. What is the reason for this.

Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle, day of ovulation when ovum is released from ovary of woman. This is often deranged in PCOS that is why Fertomid type of treatment is given for ovulation. For pain you need to be reexamined by Gynecologist. Remeber in PCOD treatment for pregnancy may be long term.

I was taking combination of fertomid and ovigyn dsr tablet on my doc prescription and now I got positive home pregnancy test after a missed period. Can I rely on test or it may be false ?

If the strip was of quality there is no reason to disbelieve. Of course there are chances of false positive test, but it is rare. You do another test with your morning sample of urine to confirm. Get the strip from a good shop those maintaining medicine quality. If positive report to your doctor. Congratulation.

Can I conceive with polycystic every? is it possible. I have used fertomid 50 mg but egg does not develop this time and egg size is left msg and in right 13*11 on 13 th day and remains same on 16th day what can I do now as my periods are not regular.

Yes it's very much possible to become pregnant in pcod. Try higher dose in next cycle. Along with other drugs.

Hi Dr. I went to see gynecologist on 15th june and the Dr. prescribed fertomid which I had to take on day 3 of my menses and I did exactly that, and now I was supposed to have my periods on 15 the july but up to this far no periods, what can be the problem? I did the test and came back negative on 18th july.
