In migraine it may not help much. 1. Take adequate night sleep
2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger migrain
3. Avoid things that can trigger migrain. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.

Yes can take paracetamol for headache but not frequently.
Because after CABG already kidney function gets affected and frequent pain killers may affect it more.
So take once in a while.
After CABG, post operative homeopathic tonics are helpful.

if you take 2 paracetamol tabs , it will weaken your immune system and cause acidity. also it can affect any of your body parts may be liver, kidney or lungs.
instead take turmeric with hot milk a natural painkiller.
