1.Get Complete blood test done. Consult physician clinically.
2.Take light diet and drink plenty of water and fluids.
3.Boil 4-5 basil leaves, 2-3 black pepper seeds, a small pieces of ginger and 1 pinch dalchini powder for 5 min.. let it cool down add 1 tsf honey in it and drink it sip by sip it will help to cure fever.

Upto 1000 mg its usually not harmful until and unless you have other condition. The usual dose for adult of average weight is 650 mg that can be taken upto 2-3 times a day. So I do not think you should do anything out of fear. Just next stay cautious while using any medicine without prescription.

It is not at all good for health.
Only take when absolutely necessary.
The alternative is homoeopathic treatment which is safe and cheap.

No do not give it at the same time. I suggest to give rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 2 days.
