If fever is persistent then do lab investigations of cbc with mp and crp. Follow up with the reports. You can consult me if you want.

Dear lybrate user, use paracetamol syrup. You mentioned you r child weight is 1kg. If it is so please consult a pediatrician for complete check up.

Weak eye sight could be a probable reason for persistent headache, other reasons could be weakness, tension, cervical spondylosis or may be a muscular spasm, and many more. It will be better if you consult a qualified doctor and start the treatment, there you can identify the exact cause also.

Do not give 2 medicines at same time which are meant for same purpose. Give him only one medicine.
## if you need to give more medicine you can give:- ferrum phosphoricum 6x (4 tablets tds). Try to make a gap of half an hr with anothet medicine.

pls note that if you have recurrent fever and cold, you need to find the cause for the same by a detailed history by a physician & some essential tests. After that your line of treatment can be decided. Also, paracetamol will relieve you from the symptoms for the time being but is not the cure. So, donot take medications without prescription. It cannot be considered safe.
