Hello lybrate-user. Hope you are safe and well. It is good to know the measures you have taken until now to control your sinus symptoms. I would suggest you to find out if your sinuses are harboring any nidus of fungal or bacterial infection. We would get a better idea by having a look at your ct scan pns. Just remember that chronic sinusitis is an antigen meditated pathology and needs evidence based management for long term relief.

You will need a thorough evaluation, including maybe a ct scan of the sinuses. A long standing headache of this kind is unlikely to be because of a sinus problem. Sinarest or any medicine for that matter is not safe over prolonged periods. It contains a decongestant which can elevate your blood pressure which by itself can cause a headache. Please consult an ent specialist and stop self medication immediately. Regards

Asthma is an inflammation and narrowing of the airways that can cause shortness of breath, wheezing, chest tightness, and coughing. Pneumonia is lung inflammation caused by infection.

Please take Bryonia 200 – once daily for next 3-4 days.
Drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue.
