You have viral fever and need cold medicines as you are already taking . If it does not cure you may need antibiotics

Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg

take sinarest one tab at night for 3 days. take steam, do gargle, nasivion nasal drop 2 drop in each nostril sos. take dolo 650 mg one sos for high fever. inform if not ok.avoid cold exposure, take balanced diet.

3. Take one tablet of sinarest 2 times daily after food
