It is better to avoid common colds so take good care as even virus infections are not safe in pregnancy

take sinarest one tab at night for 3 days. take steam, do gargle, nasivion nasal drop 2 drop in each nostril sos. take dolo 650 mg one sos for high fever. inform if not ok.avoid cold exposure, take balanced diet.

1.Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with Karvol plus inhalant capsule.
2.Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily
3. Take one tablet of sinarest 2 times daily after food
4.Drink plenty of water
5. Take rest
6.If no relief, consult doctor/me for further advice

-Do steam inhalation three times a day
-avoid cold fluids, have more of warm fluids, water, tea, coffee, milk, soup
-do warm water gargles three times a day
-take tab Sinarest, 1 tab three times a day after meals
-do investigations blood cbc, MP, for dengue, x-ray chest, consult a doctor as she may require a course of antibiotics.
