Please take her to a physician for a routine check up and let the doctor diagnose the problem. Certain blood tests and urine tests would be suggested to help diagnose the problem. Till then let her take rest and eat only healthy food and maintain good hydration.

Sildenafil causes nasal congestion due to increased blood flow, you can use anti allergy medicines but a nasal wash with concentrated saline works better and is safer than oxymetazoline drops when sildenafil is being consumed.

Hi lybrate-user
probably it is due to change of environment. You need to get some investigations done.
Also what nasal drops are you using? If you are using xylometazoline or oxymetazoline, they should not be used for more than 5 days. They will also cause rhinitis medicamentosa leading to your symptoms. You can consult me anytime regarding further evaluation.
