- Take only tablet Sinarest, 1 tablet twice a day after meals, morning after breakfast & evening after dinner
- also have more of warm fluids including water, tea, coffee & soup
also do steam inhalation twice a day
- avoid exposure to cold weather.

Now a days are of viral infection be careful.
Cold,Sneezing, sore throat, a stuffy nose, coughing -fever,bodyache,headache,occured in viral infection.

You will need a thorough evaluation, including maybe a ct scan of the sinuses. A long standing headache of this kind is unlikely to be because of a sinus problem. Sinarest or any medicine for that matter is not safe over prolonged periods. It contains a decongestant which can elevate your blood pressure which by itself can cause a headache.
