Dear user, no that should not have any effect on your blood test reports. Sinarest mainly controls the cold and reduced nasal decongestion. It will not have any effect on a normal blood test. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

You will need a thorough evaluation, including maybe a ct scan of the sinuses. A long standing headache of this kind is unlikely to be because of a sinus problem. Sinarest or any medicine for that matter is not safe over prolonged periods. It contains a decongestant which can elevate your blood pressure which by itself can cause a headache. Please consult an ent specialist and stop self medication immediately. Regards
