Looks like you have allergy problem. It could be due to nearby sources.
Here are some checklist to rule out other sources of infection
1. Nose and sinus - frequent nose block, discharge
2. Dental caries - get filling done
3. Acid problem - burping, or chest burn, pain stomach- avoid lying down after meals for atleast 2 hours
4. Tonsil - big in size with frequent white discharge

lybrate-user, you are thinking too much, gastritis after nsaid is very common esp in chronic use that's is the reason they are combined with ppi, gastric ulcer leading to bleeding and perforation are not very common it is usually seen with chronic smoking habit. You should not worry much just relax and in case your mind is not getting settled go and get an endoscopy done for your satisfaction.

Mr. Lybrate-user, the problem as described appears to be plantar fasciaitis. This occurs due to inflammation of plantar fascia. Occasional pain killers are useful. But most importantly certain exercises like standing on toes, walking a few steps on toes, stretching the ligament by pulling the foot towards you while keeping the lower limb straight, with a belt and holding it in that position for 20 counts, doing the same for a number of time daily, can help.
