Ring worm infection usually occurs on the chest, back, abdomen. Not in webs of toes. That is usually Tinea pedis or athletes foot. The ointment can help. But ideally the area needs to be kept dry and certain antifungal powders need to be applied and repeated exposure to water has to be avoided. Plus oral antifunagal drugs also need to be taken. Most important is diabetes needs to be in good control.Thanks.
