your age and marital status is not given, if married the treatment need to be taken by your husband also or else avoid intercourse. if no itching means infection is contained. depending on the need some of the medicines need to be taken for some more days. maintain perfect cleanliness of the genitals and keep them dry by wiping with cloth even after passing urine. good luck
