This is a good medicine but if you want you can change to silodal. It contains silodosin but side effect profile is same as urimax. These medicines are to be continued for a longer period.

If it is giving good relief, rapilif d can be taken long term. Over months to years, it may reduce the size of prostate also. But it is important to meet your urologist, every 3-6 months for checkup. If no relief with medicines, surgery can be thought of. requirement of medicine or surgery does not depends upon the size of the prostate . It depends upon the symptoms of prostatism. so in my opinion, try with the medication, if not relieved, better to go for surgery considering your advancing age.

It depends on your severity of symptoms and sexual life, if you are completely satisfied with any of drug and sexually active then I will suggest to continue the alfoo or efficacy is higher with maxvoid and for dutesteride you need to see psa please contact still you didn't have clarity with issue.

Very small stone. Drink plenty of liquids. Mostly it ll pass out spontaneously. But if pain aggrevating/vomiting/fever then you may need intervention.

No it does not increase psa but there is no need to check psa so frequently. If it is normal it will stay normal for years. Don't worry.
