Only silodosin can not change the size of prostate.
It just relax sphincter for good flow of urine.
U need to do uroflowmetry test and bladder diary documentation for 3 days before proper diagnosis.
Bph is very less likely at 24.

You are absolutely right about the side effects but clinically we never see these so frequently. These are reports based on trials even if a single person has experienced that it is reported. Don't be scared it is very commonly prescribed drug.
