Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. This may be fungal infection in that region. Don't use siloderm at present.
You have to maintain local hygiene. Use loose cloths. Take bath twice daily. Keep area dry and use some antifungal ointment.

Hello, during menses anyhow you should stop all intravaginal applications as they will not work much. Just use alkaline vaginal wash regularly during menses to maintain menstrual hygiene.

Hello Lybrate user, most of the time a white patch on your skin could be just dryness related, sun damage or a fungal infection. Make sure to moisturise well, sun protection with a cap or helmet and if a fungal infection was suspected I would go in for a plain clotrimazole cream rather than the combination. 1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week)
2.. Take one tablet of levocetrizine(5mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply talcum powder in the area
4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6.Maintain personal hygiene
7. Consult for further advice
