I have problems of ED and I am diabetic under control and problem of enlarged prostate for which I am taking medicine Silodal D 8 which has side effects of no ejaculation or discharge semen. Kindly advise.

Yes you can continue it for longer periods. If your prostate size is more than 30grams you can take silodal d instead of plain silodal.

Recently I consulted a Doctor for frequent urination and I was referred for ultrasound and after doing that it was found that I have 50 cc both and doctor advised silodal 8 mg which I took for 3 days and it stopped semen coming out kindly sugest.

It is. Side effect of silodal. Don't worry it is reversible. All alfha blockers have this side effect.

Doc cap. Silodal D 4 mg and tab. urimax is not available in Pakistan please advise the medicine which I can get from Pakistan, I am 67 enlarged prostate size on ultrasound 141, grms please advise me.

What I could see from your medications you are taking mexflow which is same as urimax. Kindly check the salt name as tamsulosin in whatever medicine you are taking. Tamsulosin 0.4 mg should be availaible in pakistan. Any pharmacist can help you.

Bladder capacity is low. Usually we advice surgery for urinary retention or residual urine 200 cc or more what are your symptoms? It maybe you need surgery as bladder capacity is less.

Frequency of urination during night very high nearly 5-6 times. Taking alopathic medicines - silodosin. -8 and soliten -10 wish to discontinue alopathic medicines. Any homeopathic medicine which can cure this problem. How long it will take for this medicine to show results.

Do not discontinue get your ultrasound and uroflometry
rule out diabetes first
get urine tested for routine and microscopic examination as urine infect can also increase frequency and infection common in prostrate disease.
