You gradually taper off sildenafil. Start taking 50 mg and then 25 mg and then stop having it. Meanwhile start exercising regularly and have a balanced protein rich diet. Start Ayurvedic treatment under the guidance of a good ayurvedic sexologist.

There are many conventional allopathic sexual pills in market such as Adegra, Viagra, Penegra etc. Refrain yourself from using such pills as those pills contain a steroid called SILDENAFIL. This steroid has a unique temporary effect on erectile problems. Patients using these pills for first time often report that their penis remain strong even after ejaculation. Such effects leads the patients to use SILDENAFIL for prolonged course of time as they often feel that a full erection is possible only...more

Dear Rakesh,
Sildenafil and alcohol does not have much interaction. You can use both. What is the diagnosis of your sexual problem? It might be alcohol related. Later, alcohol may continue to increase your sexual problem. So try and stop alcohol at the earliest before it spoils your nerves.

Hi lybrate-user,
this is not usual to have erectile dysfunction at your age, if you don't have any other comorbid physical illness or substnace use disorder. It is also not usual to loose erection in the act with 50 mg of sildenafil. It's in your best interest if you visit a psychiatrist and get yourself assessed for anxiety disorder and other physical causes of erectile dysfunction which are known to cause erectile dysfunction. He/she will also optimise your ongoing treatment for ed, and so...more

No it's not advisable to use these medicines. No you don't have ed. Relax. Do kegel exercises-- firstly, find the pelvic floor muscles. You can achieve this by stopping mid-stream two or three times the next time you urinate. The muscles you can feel working during this process are the pelvic floor muscles, and they will be the focus of kegel exercises.
One kegel exercise consists of tightening and holding these muscles for 5 seconds and then releasing them. Try to do between 10 and 20 repet...more

Hello-
No it's not. Sildenafil is the active ingredient of Suhagra which is a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor. It is a symptomatic drug and is not recommended for every time usage. If you are not able todo sex without it then you probably are a patient of Erectile dysfunction which needs to be addressed and treated properly.
Repeated suhagra use will make it useless and you will not be able to agin any erection with or without.

Hello, thanks for the query.
Ed is the most common complication seen diabetes. If diabetes is present for many years, there is a definite damage to micro vasculature supplying penile muscles. This is an irreversible change. This happens even when diabetes is very well controlled. So the only alternative is to use drugs like sildenafil as when needed. Thanks.

Hello-
suhagra or any other variant of sildenafil won't work of premature ejaculation as it is a symptomatic drug for erectile dysfunction. Premature ejaculation aka pe is a very general sexual concern that men face when their semen gets discharged earlier than they desire. It sometimes causes major relationship problems as there is a lack of sexual satisfaction between couples. Thankfully, ayurveda has a cure for this.
The ayurvedic treatment of pe basically includes strengthening of th...more
