I am sorry for your loss. Just wear absorbent pads. Apply cold compresses and take pain killers. It usually stops on its own. If its still not stopping, a drug bromocriptine can be used to dry up the milk. But it is a prescription drug.

Bromocriptine and cabergoline are also used to treat hyperprolactinemia with no known cause. Hypothyroidism is treated with synthetic thyroid hormone, which should bring prolactin levels back to normal. If high prolactin levels are caused by prescription medications, other types of medications can be explored.

Not pregnant.
HCG is too low and is not suggestive of pregnancy. The increased levels of prolactin is the cause of delay in periods. You can consult a gynecologist and start with bromocriptine and progesterone therapy to get a withdrawal bleeding and to again normalize the raised prolactin levels.

Drug therapy can have adverse effects, but wearing a comfortable, well-fitted bra may help. ... Reducing the dose for 2 weeks before menstrual bleeding may reduce or prevent these side effects. Bromocriptine: This is a dopamine agonist that has been found to reduce breast pain, heaviness, and tenderness.
