hello sir, take high fiber diet
take curd, butter milk, lemon water with luke warm water, coconut water,green leafy veg, luke warm water before and after meals luke warm water with Apple cider vinegar early morning empty stomach, plenty of fruits,plenty of fluids.have small and frequent meals .do stretching exercise alternates days and brisk walk daily.don't skip your breakfast specially and meals.

•Take one or two fresh carrots and peel off its outer skin.
•Now put the carrots in a juice blender and extract its juice.
•Drink a glass of carrot juice every day in the morning.
