I don't think it is a difficult task to loose weight . So don't loose your mind.
In my opinion you should follow these guidelines

As you know, belly fat is first to appear and last to disappear. However, it is defiantly possible to reduce it. There are two pillars for weight loss. Diet and exercise. Thought right diet can control further weight gain and assure overall health, exercise is must for weight reduction. 30 mins walk (to start with), with well balanced diet (depending on you heath condition) can lead to gradual and healthy weight loss.

All ailments yours are due to overweight. First diet control, second exercise -vigorous. Diet means avoid fry, fast fatty food. No party food, do not take egg, prawn, cake pastry pizza. Total quantity of food willbe minimal. Let yoour fat burn. There mediccine for reduction of fat but I prefer diet & exercise.
