There is no point in masking the pain we have to find the root cause and deal it than only the problem will get solved. You could have a radiculopaty or neuropathy you have to answer several questions before i come to a diagnosis gabapentin will have a masking effect on the nervous system it may make you drowsy. Your physician has prescribed 100 mg to see if you could tolerate the medication well. Gabapentin for neuropathic pain is usually started at a low dosage initially to make sure the patient tolerates it without any side effects like drowsiness, dizziness etc. Then the dose would be gradually increased to reach adequate pain management.

It is called as rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is rheumatic arthritis. Olmesartan is one of the newer molecules for treatment of high blood pressure. It ha no action of blood glucose. Increase in after food glucose level is directly depending on the quantity food that one takes. More if eat, post food level is bound to go up quite a few mg.
