Combination medications like orkid plus are used by quack when diagnosis is not known. Stop using it. If you are having fungal infections of ear and groin den you can use topical cream like sertaconazole for sometime. Keep the area clean .visit nearest dermatolgist for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.

Hello, thank you for posting on lybrate. It seems your friend is suffering from tinea cruris and corporis, a kind of fungal infection. I usually recommend proper course of oral anti-fungal drugs like fluconazole or itraconazole along with anti-fungal cream like luliconazole for local application at bedtime.
