You received enough treatment for ringworm. Better to consult a dermatologist. In place of itraconazole, terbinafine can be taken with proper investigations and follow up. Keep the area dry, clean and maintain hygiene.

Give yourself some rest and wait and see if the symptoms eradicate. If not meet an ENT. Check for it and get treated if there s any throat issues. As you know in the condition of bulimia nervosa if you were into habits if compulsive vomiting there would have been too much stress to the throat area. You have mentioned you have been treated. By any chance, any time the habit resurfaces meet a psychiatrist and follow through. Take care.

Dear Mr. Hisham,
Excessive mucus production can be due to many causes. Since you have not mentioned anything about the tests that you have undergone, I will advice you to meet a good Chest Specialist. Basic Investigations needs to be done. Depending on the results doctors can take further call on your management. I hope you will understand it may sometimes be time consuming to get an accurate diagnosis and relief. All the best.
