Daxid is sertraline which is an antidepressant which increases the serotonin uptake in neurons of brain. It is usually prescribed for depression or anxiety symptoms primarily. You are on an anti depressant medication. If you stop it abruptly you may land up in rebound depression which is dangerous. 1. Consult your psychiatrist for modifying the medication 2. Don't shy for psycotheraphy which is more effective.
3. Yoga medication, active and healthy lifestyle is needed.
4 do not expect others to help you out. Self help is best help. Identify the cause of your depression and work on it slowly you can withdraw from medication and have better life.

David contains sertraline. The problems you have mentioned are definitely not due to sertarline.
At your age this can be due to hormonal issues, deficiency of vitamins and minerals like calcium etc.
Consult an endocrinologist for the same.
