No drug is safe in pregnancy. The chances of birth defect or mental defect may be 1 in 10000 with a drug. For you, it may be your only child.
On the other side, the severity of OCD and its effect on pregnancy and child rearing also need to be considered. Usually, ​antidepressant treatment lasts for about 6 months and to get optimum benefit dose optimization needs to be done during each check-up with your psychiatrist. It might cause erectile dysfunction in some cases but it is usually temporary and gets relieved on its own.
So there is nothing to worry about it. Taking medicine and completing course is more important
for dysfunction, you can understand sexual therapy and apply it.
