i hope you are talking about Inosert that is Sertraline 100 mg tablets. It will not slow down your brain. On the other hand, it will lift the depression and make your brain to focus better.

Sizopin and serlift are medication for different purpose to combine with ativan and other drugs is not a good idea. I am not sure why were all these drugs combined in the first place. Please be careful in combining all these drugs.

Serlift takes 2-3 weeks to start its action. Please note that it works at a certain dose. If 25 mg does not work in 3 weeks, you need to go back to the doctor so that she/he can increase the dose.
