Better to avoid taking quitipin in the morning. Usually it takes 4 weeks, if there is no response consult psychiatrist again he can change sertraline to some other antidepressant or increase dosage of it.

Sertraline is safe and effective. Pls see that sertraline itself is not causing restlessness. Buspirone can be added to sertraline which is quite safe in pregnancy. Very low dose haloperidol can help anxiety in pregnancy and is safe.
