Dear lybrate-user, after studying your brief previous history, I suggest you to visit a clinical psychologist. In the mean time, focus on few lifestyle changes. For eg. Not remaining awake, for late nights along with your phone ,laptop or tv. Taking regular brisk walks in the morning and evening would help. It is never recommended to continue any medications in pregnancy if not absolutely required, as it can harm the baby. However, if the situation demands it it can be prescribed. Better to avoid taking quitipin in the morning. Usually it takes 4 weeks, if there is no response consult psychiatrist again he can change sertraline to some other antidepressant or increase dosage of it.
