Make sure you use completely dried clothes. It should not be wet, after taking bath. Apply candid powder over affected area, apply sertaconazole ointment daily night for a month. So along with treatment. U should follow d precautions as I told.

Panderm cream contains steroids which suppress symptoms and do not cure the disease. Antifungal tablets and creams in correct dosage can be prescribed after a consult with a certified dermatologist. Do not use panderm cream.

If the condition is diagnosed by a dermatolgist den you can continue the capsule itraconazole for some time. Some patient develops hypersensitivity reaction with topical medication.(like blisters in your case. So stop amorolfine and terbinafine cream and use antibacterial cream like fusidic acid for blisters. Yes, you can use luliconazole but take Onabet cream which contains sertaconazole 2% instead. And continue the Candid TV lotion. Apply it 15 minutes before your bath and then wash it off. Stop prednisolone for now.

First of al stop quadriderm if you are stil using it. For jock itch (tinea cruris) itraconazole 200 is usually prescribed for 2 to 4 wks (other oral antifungal medications are also available for the same like terbinafine / griseofulvin. Many patients sometimes do not respond with itraconazole. Den you need to opt for other oral antifungal medications available (as mentioned above. Stop clobeta gm cream at the earliest. It wil worsen the condition .for ringworm infection you can start oral antifungal like itraconazole capsule and cream like luliconazole/ sertaconazole for minimum 4 wks (only after diagnosis by a dermatolgist. Kepp the area clean and dry. Thanks.

fungal infections are in the rise for past 2 years all india. Fungus became very intelligent and stubborn and making people suffer like anything. Fungus is not responding like before. All precautions like washing clothes in hot water, drying up from hot sun, ironing all clothes .avoid wearing jeans and tight fitting clothes .take care of pets if you have. If your condition is resulting from fungal infection (tinea) and for long duration then you need to start oral antifungal medication like itraconazole and topical cream like luliconazole/ sertaconazole for minimum 4 wks (but only after proper diagnosis by a dermatolgist. Stop orkid plus cream. It wil damage the skin and aggrevate the condition. Thanks.
