I am suffering from skin problems and heat allergy from the last 11 years. In summers or in kitchen or in any place jaha garam ho, itching starts on my face neck ears and scalp. After that rashes ho jaati hain. Ye sab winters ma nahin hota or if I stay in cool place. I can not apply any kind of cream on my face except the medicines prescribed by doctor. Now knees elbows pe bhi problem start ho gaye hai I have consumed and applied ketoconazole, zinc pyrithione, luliconazole, itraconazole, sertaconazole, mometasone furoate, deflazacort, ebastine, levocetirizine and almost every medicines in the market. Jab tak khao thik hu. Then again same problem please prescribe my some new or good allopathic medicine or ayurvedic medicine. Becoz ab tak ayurvedic medicine try nahi ki. And any test jis se mere problem ka root cause pta chal sake my age 52 female weight 112 kgs.

The most important thing to keep in mind is that cradle cap usually disappears in majority of cases. If it is severe, you can use sertaconazole + betamethasone lotion for local application at night under expert guidance.

Start using sertaconazole 2% cream twice a day for two week, add fluticasone cream for initial 2-3 days then stop it, tab levocetrizine 5mg od for 10 days.

Apply sertaconazole and terbinafine alternatively. You can take either of sporanox, diflucan or lamisil as an oral medication, once in a day after breakfast.

Most of the fungus are now resistant to ketoconazole now. Try Sertaconazole or terbenafine. But first let some dermatologist confirm your diagnosis. Or you can send us your clinical photographs. good luck

Permanent solution is quite difficult. Wear loose cotton clothes. Apply sertaconazole containing cream for upto 6 weeks. Use anti fungal soap regularly. Try losing some weight.

Apply luliconazole cream once daily/ sertaconazole cream twice daily. You have not taken any oral antifungal agents.

Antifungal crm like cotrimasole sertaconazole miconazole are safe in infantile age group. When ever steroid crm required it should be of short duration of low potent steroid cream like hydrocortisone crm.

Combination medications like orkid plus are used by quack when diagnosis is not known. Stop using it. If you are having fungal infections of ear and groin den you can use topical cream like sertaconazole for sometime. Keep the area clean .visit nearest dermatolgist for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.
