Stop all other applications.
Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
Sertacide Cream for application twice daily for 1 month.
Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching)
Test – Blood sugar (Fasting & PP)

Not to apply any ointment or soap and can clean it with water and I will suggest you to upload the image of the lesion for diagnosis and further guidance and Zocon400 and doxycycline will be helpful after clinical examination.

Fungal infection may need accurate diagnosis and require long treatment in form of ointment and anti fungal tablets

As you have already taking treatment but no improvement so for Diagnosis microscopic examination of scraping is required

1) The proper course of medicine not taken so take a complete regular antifungal course 2) take proper precautions like Wearing loose clothes
Get your clothes washed separately from other family members to prevent the spread of the infection 3) get your fasting blood sugar checked since this is also one reason for reccurence Hope this helps In case of further query you can...more
