I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Tight muscles can absolutely cause breathing difficulty. There are certain muscles involved in both the exhalation and inhalation process. Wheezing is a high-pitched whistling sound made while you breathe. It's heard most clearly when you exhale, but in severe cases, it can be heard when you inhale. It's caused by narrowed airways or inflammation. Wheezing may be a symptom of a serious breathing problem that requires diagnosis and treatment. Let's have a detailed discussion to ensure proper treatment.

Enlarged inferior turbinates are one of the causes for blocking of the nose. A steroid nasal spray helps to a certain extent but the mechanical problem has to be rectified. Turbinectomy (trimming of the turbinates) will help by allowing more air flow inside the nostrils & the blocking will come down considerably. Medication will only work if you have an allergic component. Consult an ent surgeon who will diagnose & treat you accordingly.

Every patient has 3 choices: 1.Allopathy - gives quick results but is not very safe for long term use.
2.Homeopathy- is safe but very slow and in most of cases it can not stop the spread of disease i.e old patches show some recovery but new white patches continue to come even while using the medication.
3.Ayurveda -If one thinks about. It is difficult to find a good Consultant.
There are many queries about differential diagnosis ,causes ,triggers, is it genetic, diet, curable etc.more
