Be happy as you got a diagnosis excluding malignancy. It is likely to have inflamatory lesions of palate while using inhalers. 2 ways can be tried. 1.to change the inhaler to other options 2.wear a palatal plate to avoid effect of onhaler. Better to repeat thd biopsy if lesion persist.

Get a ct scan of your sinus to check for sinusitis or polyps in the nose. You can try steam inhalation and fluticasone nasal spray. Do not use otivin for more than 5 days at a stretch as it is habit firming and your nose will block more severely if drops are not used.

Lybrate-user,
first of all you have to understand your disease.
Asthma is such a disease in which your airway is hyperreactive to some stimulations like smoke, dust, perfumes, pollens, animal dander and many more.
If you stop medicine you will suffer.
So think about treatment by which you can get relief from your asthma with minimal side effects.
And out of all available medicine including homeopathic, ayurvedic, and allopathic inhaler is safest and most effective medicine.more
