As per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this-
1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor and to confirm it do a blood test for (immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies)
2) Discuss with your Doctor about antihistamine like (BENADRYL cap-25 mg)every 8 hours

1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

You may go into remission,which possible in asthma.It can be controlled by medicine.Better continue your medicine and if well controlled for three months then gradually reduce dose.

U need proper counselling and asthma education, you seem to have rhinitis along with asthma. Visit a chest physician and you shall have a proper action plan for your problems.
