Hoarsness of voice may be due to another pathology involvong nerves or lymph nodes .it may also be due to fungal infection .however chances of being the same are very less. Kindly take appointment for further clarification.

ideally you should be asking the question to your doctor who prescribed the treatment. Polyps commonly occur in the nose and are treated with low dose steroid nasal spray (fluticasone) usually for 3- 4 months or longer based on individual patient response.
