Hi lybrate-user. If you are having this problem for three months with only partial relief with medications, the you need a proper work up. At least an ultrasound or colonoscopy to begin with. And blood tests. If these suggest a problem then we can further may require confirmatory tests. If you already have an ultrasound or colonoscopy you can share the report with me.

Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools?

1. Lose weight (if you r obese). Obesity is the leading cause of GERD/ Acidity. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
