These symptoms can be due to giardiasis, amoebiasis, irritable bowel syndrome. Tell me the chronicity of the disease wheather you see any worms in your motions. Wheather their is excess sticky mucus in your motion, or any fresh blood. In my opinion you should go for stool culture sensitivity and routine micro and then visit to nearby physician.

1) homoeopathic aloe socotrina 30, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach.
2) homoeopathic mother tincture kurchi q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water.
