Asked for male, 42 years old from Patiala

I got my hemorrhoid grade 3 to 4 surgery on 29/10/18 through laser technology at jalandhar (Punjab), and I am discharged on 30/10/18. Doctor advised CIPZEN -D (thrice a day) along with other medicines. My residence is in Patiala and having distance of 180 km from jalandhar. After 5 days of my surgery, my dengue test NSI Antigen resulted "positive" and MD (Medicine) advised me to discontinue CIPZEN -D and I stopped immediately. Now after 4 days of detection of Dengue, I am feeling good but I am feeling pain in surgery part. please advise whether CIPZEN -D may be continued now? Thanks.

No need of painkillers. Take simple paracetamol SOS if needed.
Apply local xylocaine jelly for pain relief.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis is inflammatory pathology around the outer epicondyle of elbow, actually it is a degenerative tear in ecrb tendon.
My advice for her is: - intensive ice packs
- tennis elbow brace for sometime
- take a short course anti-inflammatory medication which suits you.

I have spasmodic dysmenorrhea from my 14 years of age right now i'm eighteen years old I used to take cipzen d plus for it in my menstrual days now if I take it then it starts swallow all over my body and gets allergic and paining after 4 - 5 hours it gets normal now a days I used to take it with an anti - allergy tablet cetrizine and now some chemists says it has been banned or on govt restriction so is it available in the market or not and is it good to use it.

I am suffering from viral conjunctivitis from rt eye I am not able to see clearly one doc prescribed me. Nepafenac ophthalmic suspension + moxifloxacin opthalmic solution + ganciclovir ophthalmic gel with medicine diclofenac sodium & serratiopeptidase tablets and another one given .ciprofloxacin + fluorometholone +azithromycin tablets 500 mg + levocetirizine tab + paracetamol tab which one is good.

I have taken this for 5 days due to root canal infection. And I am taking ketronol dt from last 2 days. Now I got to know I am one month pregnant. Now m worried. Dear sir after that pain I have consulted doctor urologist and surgeon and I have done scrotum scanning abdomen and pelvis scanning and then ct scan with contrast but in that there is no any such changes and reports are normal after that one doctor is telling that you have hernia and again I have consulted other doctor and has told me you don't have any hernia you take doxofylline for 20 days it will be ok I have used for 20 days then also my pain was not reduced again I have consulted one more urologist and they have prescribed pregabalin and methylcobalamin for 20 days after taking that 20 days then also it has not been reduced and again I have consulted doctor and he has given amoxicillin with clavulanic acid thrice in a day and pregabalin and methylcobalamin morning and evening and diclofenac with serratiopeptidase I am taking this medication from past 3 days when have taken diclofenac and serratiopeptidase the pain is ok after that again the train is coming I don't know what have to do now and kindly prescribe some good medication in ayurvedic.

Good Afternoon, About 8 days ago Saturday, I had a swelling in my face because of an allergy I took some antihistamine and two days later the swelling decreased but my left achilles tendon started paining, I consulted a doctor and he prescribed a medicine with the composition of Diclofenac (50 mg, Paracetamol (500 mg, Serratiopeptidase (15 mg) .On Thursday my achilles tendon stopped paining but the middle of the foot and inner arch started throbbing so bad that I can't stand on it anymore, when I rest completely or am on the medication I have no pain but if I walk a bit the pain starts and the inflammation as well. Without medication it feels like someone is jabbing me continuously even while resting. Is this normal? What is your advice.

Hi I think I had piles, so I went to a doctor at my hometown and he prescribed me Pantoprazole Sodium 40 mg & Domperidone 30 mg (empty stomach). And Cefixime 200 mg, Satranidazole 300 mg, (aceclofenac 100 mg, paracetamol 32g & serratiopeptidase 15 mg) twice a day. And also an ointment of lidocaine, hydrocortisone acetate, zinc oxide and allantoin to apply locally for 7 days. I had the the medicines for 7 days. I had two piles. The pain has reduced and the discomfort as well while passing the stool but they are not properly healed. One look likes there’s a cut. What should I do? I had anal sex earlier, could it be due to that? Other symptoms include itching on the anus, redness and itching on on front both the insides of thighs and dead white skin at the end of the penis. Please suggest.
