I have seen the details. The drug Sepran (Co-trimoxazole) is known to reduce the blood glucose level. So it is possible when she takes that drug, fasting glucose may be less. As regards PP 240 mg is a bit high. Ideally it should be < 180 mg or so. Since there is no mention of her weight, height, diet pattern, drugs and dosage of the same and extent of daily exercise, it is difficult to comment. Thanks.
