It would have been better if you had given details about blood glucose levels,(fasting & PP, after initiating the treatment) and HbA1c%,Plus BP readings, Lipid profile. Your BMI is 26.78 kgs/M2, showing overweight. It is necessary to reduce the weight for better blood glucose control. Weight reduction will also help in reducing the acidity.
