When does the sugar level go down is there a specific pattern or time of the day? your lipid profile details are not given fully. Important ones are total cholesterol, hdl, ldl and triglyceride, you have not mentioned those. Tsh level is also high, it should be below 5 mill units / ml. Mr. Lybrate-user, to reduce blood sugar levels, apart from appropriate medication, exercise and diet control are equally important. So you have exercise daily for at least 1 hour, brisk walk is a good option. Plus diet should be restricted to give exact calories based on sugar levels, daily exercise and ideal body weight.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
When diabetes is well controlled, fasting glucose should be around 100 mg or < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. If you have not been able to achieve these levels, then the current treatment is not adequate. Needs to be upgraded. Plus you will have to give a closer look at the diet and exercise being done daily. Because apart from drugs these two play a major role in helping proper glucose control. Thanks.
