Antiepileptic drugs should be withdraw slowly, if the seizure recurrs, you should continue the drug for 2 years ,if no seizure present after 2 year you can slowly withdraw the the drug.

You should continue your anti epileptics, if seizure recurs after stopping the medication. If someone is seizure free for more than 3 years, and patient has no cognitive impairments with normal mri brain and normal eeg, then we consider tapering the dose of anti epileptics.

B12 over injection should not lead to peripheral neuropathy and For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds eight hourly if necessary and For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics

It’s very difficult to treat Demyelination which can remain lifelong but folicacid supplements will help and anti convulsions medication needs to be given , if necessary we will have to add another tablet after clinical examination and she might have to take it lifelong

Its generally irrational to take both of these together on daily basis for any medical condition.

ativan and lonazep both are benzodiazepines which cause dependence. Meaning you can get addicted to them.
In the long term the addiction will result in memory disturbances, gait disturbances etc which you must avoid right now.
Reduce it slowly over two months but do reduce it.

They are different type of drugs and in your case need both to be taken. Keep seeing your neurologist every 3 months he will recognise side effects like weight gain etc. Also read the instructions with the packet it will tell you side effects.
