You will need to understand why you have trouble sleeping at such a young age. You may have some stressors in which case you will need appropriate stress mitigation techniques rather than more sleeping pills. You can start with daily yoga, not watching TV or any screen for 1 hour before sleep, deep breathing before sleeping and as soon as you wake up, listening to soothing music at night etc.

1. avoid caffeine found in coffee,tea , chocolate,cola,and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.]
